I am blessed to have Albertson’s right down the street from me. With the kiddos sound asleep, and hubby home relaxing, I stepped out for a little shopping. Hubby was thrilled to see me come home with all this– for a whopping total of $6.65!!
Here’s how I did it:
Cereal is on sale 5/$10, plus save an additional $3 when you buy 5. I used 4 of these printable $2.00 off coupons (Thanks, Crystal!) and a $1 coupon from an insert a few weeks ago.
The milk is on sale for $3.oo, which was basically made free by the cereal deal.
I had a rain check for the Irish Spring soap from last week (3/$5), and 2 .3o cent coupons from recent inserts, which were both tripled.
I used this Aquafresh free sample coupon.
The other items I needed and were on sale, of course.
The shelf price for all this is $32.99, so I saved $26.34.
Not too shabby! I love shopping late (except at WalMart) since the store was practically empty.
