Another Heads Up on Tomorrow’s Coupons

Greetings, Frugal Friends. I just hit Kroger for their awesome Mega Event Sale. More on that later…

While I was there, I picked up an early edition double newspaper for $2. Well worth the 2 bucks, in my book, because there are $284 worth of coupons in the April 6th newspaper inserts!

Tip: the first Sunday of the month is usually the best coupon day, so stock up on multiple inserts if possible.

There are 3 nice, thick inserts in tomorrow’s paper:

P&G brandSAVER
redplum
Smartsource

My strategy is to cut out (actually my daughter does this for me) one set of coupons, and save the other inserts in a separate binder by date to clip as needed.

Next, I will print this week’s Grocery Game List as soon as it is available (usually Saturday evenings). The list will do all my strategic coupon-matching for me…a huge time saver!

UPDATE: The Kroger list is already posted as of 2:30pm Saturday. This will be a great week!

To find out more, see my previous post about how the Grocery Game works for me.

If you have not yet tried the Grocery Game, this would be a great week to start. Sign up for a 4-week trial for only $1 and see what you think! Please use my email as your referral source, if you don’t mind (amylovesit@gmail.com).

Come back here and let me know how your coupons are working for you!

Thanks for the heads up! I’ll be sure to buy a couple extra’s tomorrow. I usually only get my coupons from family members who subscribe to the paper, but looks like I’ll need some more of these 🙂 Thanks!!
