Great news! Thanks to my MOPS friend, Kimi, for the heads up on this. The Kroger Mega Event is continuing for one more week! So, if you missed out last week, never fear! You have until Tax Day (April 15th) to stock up at rock bottom prices.
Even if you do not have a 3 inch thick coupon binder like me, you will still see major savings!
Look for the Double Yellow tags throughout the store. You must buy 10, 20, or 30 (count your items carefully) participating products, mix or match, and save an extra $5 instantly (up to $15).
I snuck a peak at tomorrow’s circular to double check. View this latest Kroger ad here (may vary by region).
Here are some of the best deals to stock up on:
Goldfish Crackers- 50 cents!
Gatorade- 50 cents!
Lipton side dishes- 50 cents!
Pillsbury Rolls- 50 cents!
Kroger Pretzels- 50 cents!
Betty Crocker Cake Mix- 50 cents!
French’s Mustard- 50 cents!
These prices are without coupons, so if you find some, you will do even better! Also worth noting, milk is still hovering at 2/$6, which is actually cheaper than a gallon of gas right now. If you have a 35 cent coupon for Softsoap hand wash, on sale for $1, you can get it for free!
I hope you enjoy shopping at Kroger this week as much as I will! A few tips:
Shop early in the day if possible. Less crowds, and more items in stock.
Leave the kiddos at home or with a neighbor.
Avoid impulsive purchases, stick to the sales only.
Bring your own shopping bags, get 5 cents per bag taken off your total.
Look for products marked with an orange “Managers Special” sticker for great bargains.
Check your receipt carefully for mistakes before you leave the store!
Happy Krogering!

I know you put the “Avoid impulsive purchases, stick to the sales only.” just for me!
Thank you for all of your great advice, 🙂
