It has been a while since I posted my shopping trips. This week has been a whirlwind, so I am finally getting caught up. CVS has been very good to me lately!

1st Trip:

I brought home:
1 8 pack Scott paper towels ($1.00 off coupon)
(2) kids “Zooth” Toothbrushes (2 BOGO coupons made them free) April deal- earned $2 ECB
B-day Card for sis’
1 Cover Girl Powder (on sale BOGO)
1 Cover Girl Foundation (used BOGO coupon from insert making them both free)
3 Essence of Beauty Products (April deal- buy 3 EOB items, earn $5 ECB *moneymaker*)

Total before coupons and ECBs: $40.95

After coupons and sale: $12.99

I had exactly $12.99 in ECB’s from last week.

OOP Total: ZERO, zip, nada
ECB’s earned: $2.00

Now, I should have gotten another $5.00 ECB from the EOB deal, but I bought the wrong toe separator thingy. Warning- only 1 UPC works on this deal, this one: 050428072981
Check the back before you buy it to make sure.

Next trip, 3 transactions:

Transaction #1:
3 Essence of Beauty Gift Bags @ $1.49 ea. (these are hard to find)
1 pack EOB makeup sponges (this fixed my mistake above)

Paid: $8.08 OOP (I forgot my ECBs this time, oops!)

Earned: $10.00 ECB (This deal works all through April)

Transaction #2:
3 EOB toe separators (the correct ones) @ .99 ea
1 bottle Heinz Vinegar (another April deal) @$1.99

Paid with $5 ECBs from above, zero OOP.
Earned: $6 ECBs

Transaction #3:
2 packs CVS supreme diapers (BOGO)
2 Johnsons Buddies soaps ($2.00 coupon here, made them free)
2 Bags M&Ms (BOGO) earned $3.00 ECB, 1 bag is already eaten
1 Loreal Voluminous mascara (my favorite!) used $1.00 coupon, earned $2 ECBs
1 Softsoap SPA Bodywash- April deal, limit 5 (used $1.00 coupon, earned $4.99 ECBs) free + overage!
2 Benefiber chewables- used 2 $5 printables (earned $10 ECBs) free + overage!

Total before coupons and ECBs: $53.86

After coupons and sale: $23.00

Paid with exactly $23 ECBs.

OOP Total: Zero
ECB’s earned:
$20 for next week, yippee!

Basically, I paid only $8.08 for everything you see above!! Hubby was very happy. I am just thankful for CVS! The extra time I spent planning my transactions and clipping coupons was well worth it this week.
