Can you believe it is already May 1st? This has got me thinking:
- Summer is right around the corner, hooray!
- New deals at CVS begin today… start your engines.
- Soon we will all be receiving our economic stimulus checks, thank you, President Bush.
- This weekend is the best coupon weekend of the month in the newspaper. What does this mean? Clean out those binders!
Last week, I posted a survey asking how you organize your coupons. The binder system won by a landslide, which I was pleased to see since it my preferred method as well. Any organizational system requires regular maintenance.
Most coupons expire at the end of the month, so if you have not already done so, pull those expired coupons now! This should make lots of room for the P&G BrandSaver coupons we can all expect this Sunday.
If you want to get a head start on your couponing, be sure to buy an early edition Sunday paper on Saturday. As always, I will be posting a coupon preview of what to expect.
Wondering what to do with all those expired coupons? Here is a suggestion.
In Honor of May Day (sorry I am posting this so late), check out my Mom’s post about May Day Lei Day traditions in Hawaii. It brought back many fond memories, thanks Mom!
