Thankful Thursday: My Readers! (and chicken)

Well, it’s not quite Thursday yet, but just about. Have you figured out yet that I am a night owl?

I am so very thankful for my wonderful readers!

First of all, several of you signed up for Revolution Money Exchange through my link. I have no way of knowing who you are, but I truly want to thank you for signing up! You got a free $25, and I got $10, just for telling you about it. This extra little “snowflake” helps my family get one step closer to being debt free.

I believe the free $25 offer expires May 15th, so if you still want to sign up, you do have one more day.

Secondly, I read each and every comment left by a reader. Although I am unable to respond to all of them, they really make my day. Comments are essential to a healthy blog. Thank you for taking the extra time to comment!

*Note: I am thankful for lurkers, too. Feel free to comment even if you do not have a blogger account! You can simply leave your name or anonymous is ok too.

Lastly, yesterday I made a plea for help. Your response was overwhelming! I received so many tips and great recipes for chicken, I did not know where to start. I do plan to eventually try each and every one, and it will be a whole new experience for me!

Today, I chose to try Steffy’s recipe, since it looked simple (remember, I am a beginner), and I had all of the ingredients on hand. I am not sure if I did everything correctly, but it sure was yummy!

This is how it turned out:

My hubby was very pleased, thanks, Steffy!

You can find Steffy’s recipe here in reader comments, along with several other yummy options.

    Hi!

I just found you, and I think we have a lot in common. I’m also part of a crazy blended family (I have two adult stepsons, and will soon be a step-grandmother at age 34! Weird). Also, I’m a Christian, who is passionate about the frugal life. Come over and visit me!

Thanks for the recipe idea too. I’m always looking for new ways to make chicken 🙂
