Pasta Bake
Ingredients 1-2 lb Hamburger meat, browned and drained (amt of meat is up to you)
1 box Rotini pasta, boiled to al dente
2 26 oz jars of pasta sauce
2 pkgs shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c chopped tomatoes
(any other veggies you like, e.g., chopped onions, mushrooms, spinach)
Directions
After you brown and drain the meat, and boil the pasta, spray a 9×13 dish with Pam.
Empty one of the jars of sauce into the dish.
Layer (in this order) the meat, tomatoes (and/or other veggies), pasta, and Mozzarella cheese.
Make a second layer of meat, veggies, pasta, and cheese.
Top with the second jar of pasta sauce.
Add Parmesan cheese as the final layer.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
*This makes a lot of pasta. Freeze half of it for a second meal.
