Soooo… I’m sure you read my thrown-together-in-the-middle-of-a-cooking-spree post. You probably laughed.
I know I did.
Here are the results of what I assumed would be a fiasco.
And, y’all, I’m sorry… the turkey did not explode. Bummer. I was really wanting to clean up that mess of a bird. Oh, well. May-be next time.
It is now 7:30, and all I have left to do is store the turkey in freezer bags. I managed to successfully make a turkey (first time EVA!!!), Chicken Macaroni Bake, Breakfast Burritos, and lotsa Whole-Wheat (pancake-sandwich wannabes) Waffles.
It isn’t just like how the amazing Once A Month Moms do it, but I’m getting there, and that is what is important.
That, and a non-exploding turkey.
Questions? Comments? Praises? You can leave ’em, and I’ll take ’em.

Girl, turkey is just about fool-proof… soo easy! So, did you really make enough food for the entire month? How in the world can you store allothat in your freezer? I can barely fit the container of extra ice cream in mine!

You’re so funny. I know you’re disappointed about the turkey not exploding – yeah right!! 🙂
Anyway, that Chicken Macaroni Bake looks really good. I’ll have to try it myself. Thanks!
