As I write this, I am buried under mounds of dirty clothes. We only have 5 people in our house, so it’s kind of crazy that I get behind so often and so quickly.
Being behind on laundry might have something to do with my aversion to the folding-and-putting-away part. I really dislike doing that!
So, what’s a busy mom to do when she gets behind on the laundry? She needs to get a better system.
Thanks to Mandi at OrganizingYourWay.net, I have found the best laundry solution for me. You can check out her vlog on Finding a Laundry System that Works for You.
Do you not LOVE her laundry room?! I covet!

Thanks for sharing this vlog! It has a lot of helpful information. Finding what works for you is very important. At our house, I have small baskets on a shelf above the washer/dryer for each child’s folding laundry. One basket for each drawer. The little boys have three baskets and older brother has one. Andrew puts away his laundry each morning as part of getting ready. The little boys put away their laundry with help from me each night after dinner. We always have more laundry than we have time, but this system has really helped us over the years.
