Happy New Year!

I am thrilled to welcome 2010, although I can hardly believe it is already here. 2009 was truly an amazing year for me as a blogger. I am so excited to see what God has in store for 2010!

I am not really of a fan of resolutions, but I am evaluating my goals, both personal and blogging. The fabulous ladies behind Savvyblogging have asked us to share them in a link-up opportunity next week.

I have been thinking long and hard about my goals. Since I never started this blog with the intention of having a large readership , it has taken me a while to truly find my “voice” and vision. While I believe I have a firm grasp on what that is, I also think setting blogging goals is important as I look to the future.

Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Phillipians 3:13-14

I realized that the best way to determine my blog goals for the year was to ask the very people who give it life and make it thrive- my readers.

Your comments and emails are my fuel. They inspire me, stretch me and challenge me. I have created a brief reader survey in hopes of getting to know you better.

This is completely optional, and your answers are confidential. As a way of saying thank you for your feedback, (2) lucky readers will receive a $10 Starbucks Gift Card by mail. The winners will be selected at random from the completed surveys I receive.

If you would be so kind, I hope you can spare a few minutes to complete the survey! You can access it right HERE.

I am so nervous look forward to reading your responses!

I think you do a fantastic job here. Since subscribing to your blog, my husband and I have paid off a car and a credit card. We’ve also established an emergency fund for ourselves and for our business. Never doubt that you touch people with your words 🙂

I love what you bring to folks! Challenging us to live our lives as we see would honor God. Not many sites START with that approach. (although, you have also given us links for those that also try!). Your continual updates and offers are such a blessing. Suggestions:?….. make sure to keep your family time! Sometimes I see you on real late, I’m guessing “just to finish that one last thing”, but remember we will always get by and God has you as mommy first. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying any balance is off, just as a mom who has gone through some of that, ………… to honor Him, remember them first! Thanks for all you do, honestly, and may you be blessed in His Kingdom for sharing His love here!
