On Monday night, I made some ah-may-zing cookies for our student lunch. On all of the cookies sheets – save for one – I used parchment paper to keep the cookies from sticking. I got lazy in a hurry to finish the cookies, so I tossed the remaining dough onto the last cookie sheet, sans paper.
Now, normally, this is not cause for concern, but when you leave the cookies on the sheet for an hour or two, things get a little, well, stuck.

Oh, and btw, those remaining stuck cookies are NOT still hiding sitting in my garage right now. Really. They aren’t…

Ahh…the stuck cookies! Reminds me of a similar recent disaster with oatmeal raisin cookies (I’m still afraid to bake them!!)

I’ve done that before!! Even if they did get stuck, they look like they should taste just fine! You have kids, right? No sense in having them go to waste! 🙂

I’ve done that before….okay, MANY times before…I seem to have a remembering problem when it comes to greasing pans, lol. They still taste good though! Remember my cookie bars that we had to eat with a spoon? Hehe
