Homemade Meatballs
Ingredients
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 lb hamburger or ground turkey meat
1/4 to 1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
3/4 cup ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray 9×13 pan with Pam OR cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients in large bowl.
- Roll into balls.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite pasta or spaghetti dish.
