Get Organized with the SavvyCents Wallet #30daygive {Giveaway}

Are you frugal? A fan of the cash only system, maybe? Do you like pretty things?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you are going to love our next sponsor!

SavvyCents

Savvycents was first formed in January of 2009 after Melinda Claudpierre read a book about becoming debt free and following the cash envelope system of budgeting.

Frustrated with paper envelopes and disorganization with her wallet, she wanted to create a wallet that would allow her to keep her cash in separate categories and also give quick access to her drivers license, coin holder, and all of her discount cards and coupons.

The Savvycents wallet allows you to have all these things in an attractive wallet that every woman would love to carry.

The Savvycents wallet is not only functional but fashionable.

It contains everything you need to organize your monthly or weekly budget using a cash system. With an accordion style file system inside the wallet you can separate money, coupons, receipts or store discount cards by categories.

Your wallet comes with file cards where you can label each category with our pre-printed labels {love!} There are also blank labels where you can customize your wallet based on your personal categories.

You no longer have to carry envelopes or zip lock bags to separate your money and coupons. Your change will fit nicely in a coin pocket located on the backside of the wallet.

It also has 6 pockets for debit cards and store discount cards. On the opposite side there is a place for your driver’s license and a place for your checkbook.

I am a fan of the cash system but I’ve personally never tried it. I’ve been wanting to for a while and this wallet is perfect!

  2. Rachel Sparks says

I don’t use the envelope system. I have always thought it was a little messy with all those in your purse. I would be willing to try it with such a great looking wallet!

  3. mamabunny13 says

I don’t have enough room in my purse for them without making a mess.

I’ve never tried the cash envelope system but I’m probably not a fan only because we adhere to a strict budget that I’ve set up and I like our finances the way they are.

  5. Denice says

I love the Savvycents wallet. What a wonderful idea. This is going on my Christmas “idea” list. Thank you for sponsoring this giveaway!!

  6. pamela james says

I’ve never done the envelope system, but I see how it could work as a budgeting tool. I may try it in the future.

  7. Rebecca says

We mainly do the cash system, unless it’s utitlities or something I feel like we need a paper trail with. Hope I win! My wallet is shot!

  8. Eva says

I am a big fan of the cash envelope system of budgeting it is the simplest way to budget but this wallet will make it so much easier.

  9. Summer C says

I love it b/c it makes you really think before you buy. “Do I really need this?” When there is no more money in the envelope, you can’t spend it!!! Very straightforward.

  10. MarcyM says

The envelopes have really helped us with our spending. I think it is much easier to keep track of our money this way because you can see how much you have left to spend.

  11. says

I’d like to be a fan of the envelope system but so far, we have been moderately successful and I really do think its in large part due to the cumbersome and inpracticality of the envelopes themselves. I’d love to try this out~right up my very organized mindset for sure! Thanks =)

  12. Jennifer Sessoms says

I don’t do cash budgeting, but my sister does and it works well for her so I may give it a try.

  13. Lana says

I would love the wallet. To be honest, I’m not a fan of “cash only” as I’m fearful it will be stolen and I pay off my cc every month. However, I have a lot of reward cards and need extra pockets for them.

  14. ACMommy says

Yes, I like the cash-only envelope system, but I do wish it were easier to keep nice and neat…this wallet looks like a great solution to that wish! 🙂

  15. Vicki says

I would love to receive the Savvycents wallet. I currently do not use a cash budgeting system but would be willing. I do save coupons.

  16. kendra says

what a FUN thing to come up with…why didn’t i think of it?:) i use envelopes in my wallet and LOVE paying with cash, rather than card, because if the $ is in that envelope, that i don’t have to feel guilty for spending it on whatever i’m purchasing, it’s so freeing! sometimes i “rob peter to pay paul” but overall, it just feels responsible for our family. we’re a family of 6 with 1 income so spending wisely, and SAVING SMARTLY;) blesses us!!!

  17. says

SO excited about this product! I swear that one of my hangups with being disciplined about envelope budgeting and couponing is the bulk of having it all with me. Love these and hope to win one, otherwise, I’ll have to ask for it for Christmas for sure!

  18. Amy says

We love using the cash system – but have modified it to work with our circumstances. Because of this we’ve already paid off part of our debt and will pay our house off this next month!
Sure would love to use this wallet to help keep me on track!

  19. Mindy says

Hi! I never carry around so have never tried the cash system. I would love one of these wallets to try it out! Thanks
