As you read on Saturday, Meleah’s 3rd birthday has arrived and passed.
It is still very hard for me to believe that three whole years have passed since she was born.

I still remember her birth like it was yesterday, and while I have had three wonderful birth experiences, Meleah’s was definitely not like the ones before! She had her own unique timing. (If you happen to click that link and read her birth story, please be kind… it was one of my first posts 😀)
Three years later, Meleah barely resembles the tiny person she once was. However, a few similarities still remain. Namely, her love for being rocked and her penchant for thumb-sucking (which is adorable, but gives the dentist fits!).

Today, my sweet #3 is affectionately called, “Momma’s Baby,” but is also a very big girl.
- She is definitely a lefty
- She is very opinionated and particular about absolutely everything
- She loves helping me cook
Her favorite things include playing with her sisters, coloring, and snuggling with her precious “taggies” and “nigh-nigh” blanket. Meleah is a sweet, cuddly, affectionate, temperamental, short-tempered little doll and she is a blessing to us!

I had to read your post twice because I thought for sure you were writing about my child! My momma’s girl Abigail was born May 3, 2008. She is a thumb suckin, tag lovin, lefty. She is the boss and she will let you know exactly what you need to be doing 🙂 She will rub a tag smooth off of whatever it was attached to. Specials girls God must have placed on earth on the 3rd days of 2008 🙂
