Happy Sunday! I thought it would be fun to share what’s going on in our family each week, so keep reading to see what caught my eye this week, and what we’ve been up to!
It has been a crazy week balancing homeschool and the regular weekly stuff with chiropractic appointments (for THREE of us!) and a sick little man. Cam has had quite the cough this week, and it turns out he has sinusitis and a touch of bronchitis. He hasn’t run a fever, and has been his sweet little self, as long as he isn’t coughing. Here’s to a better week, this week 🙂

What I’m Reading
I haven’t been reading as much for myself as I have been for the girls. Our Classical Conversations cycle is focusing on the Middle Ages, so we have been reading books set in that era, like Robin Hood, King Arthur (more King Arthur books), and The Three Musketeers. Abby Grace is also reading a chapter a day in Story of the World: From the Fall of Rome to the Rise of the Renaissance.
Coming Up
I made my Mamaw’s Devil’s Food Cake for Meleah’s party yesterday, and I will be sharing that recipe soon. I’m told my Mamaw was somewhat of a messy cook; it’s funny what is passed down through the generations, because I can’t make toast without making a mess. You should see me with flour!
